1. It starts with an initial consultation and conversation with the artist and their team. We make an effort to understand what it is about the artist and their music people are connecting with. We use this as the centerpiece to the content we're creating.

2. We create the fan page itself and make all of the content. We're hired on a month by month basis and you own the page and all the materials. If you're not happy with the results, you don't have to continue.

3. We provide regular check-ins and progress reports and can provide content approvals before going live if preferred.
